User Feedback

One of the best ways to get feedback about your store or products is by asking customers for their thoughts. There are a variety of ways you can learn about a customer’s experience on your site to help improve your conversion rates. You may use Google Analytics to keep track of how people are getting to your site, heatmaps from HotJar or Smartlook to learn how people move throughout your site and A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize.

These tools are great for collecting, analyzing, and using quantitative data about your users. But, quantitative data is only part of the data you need for improving your site’s conversion rate.

This is where using surveys and questionnaires can be extremely effective in discovering information about your customers.
